Kimchi banquet noodles

[ Ingredient ]

100g noodles, 1 shiitake mushroom, 1t of Ottogi beef bulgogi seasoning, 50g of kimchi, 1t of Ottogi old stir-fried sesame, 40ml of Ottogi mill sesame oil, 1/2t of salt, 1/2T of sugar, 1/4 of zucchini [stock] Ottogi anchovy soup 70ml, 500ml of water

[ Recipe ]

1. Remove the shiitake mushrooms and slice them thinly.
2. Put 2 tons of sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry shiitake mushrooms, then add the beef bulgogi seasoning and stir-fry them.
3. Chop kimchi into large pieces and mix it with 1/2T sesame oil, 1t sesame seeds, and 1/2T sugar.
4. Cut zucchini into 0.5cm pieces, sprinkle 1/2t of salt, and squeeze out the water.
5. Put 2 tons of sesame oil in a frying pan and fry zucchini, then add sesame oil and the remaining sesame oil.
6. Boil the noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes and rinse them in cold water to drain.
7. Put anchovy sauce in 500ml of water and boil it to make broth.
8. Put noodles and broth in a bowl, and put shiitake mushrooms, kimchi, and zucchini garnish on top to complete.
